Registrations for the upcoming 2009-2010 Solebury Youth Wrestling Program are now being accepted. The Solebury Township Parks and Recreation Wrestling Program is entering its fourth season and is open to wrestlers in grades K-8. The registration fee is $90 per wrestler if you register by November 1st and $100 after that date. Additional wrestlers from the same family enjoy a $10 per wrestler discount.
Practices will be held Tuesday and Thursday evenings at The Solebury School's new John D Brown Athletic Center wrestling room. The first practice will be Tuesday November 10th, 2009 and the last Thursday Feb 25th, 2010. We are a member of the “Delaware River Wrestling League” http://www.delawareriverwrestling.com. Matches for the six week regular season will be held on weekends starting in early January and ending with a season ending league tournament in late February or early March. We will also have several optional tournaments available to our wrestlers during and after the regular season.
